With April just around the bend, I thought it was about time to dive into water conservation. Plus some cool projects for spring from our Mother Earth! We even chat a bit about a fascinating article in the Washington Post, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2008\/03\/04\/AR2008030403198.html\" target=\"_blank\">Greed In the Name Of Green<\/a> by Monica Hess, on going green without buying more stuff.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Mark DiMassimo, co-founder of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tappening.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tappening Campaign<\/a>, rushes in with ways to be a responsible &#8220;green&#8221; manufacturer. Tappening makes a BPA-free, reusable water bottle and encourages everyone to use filtered tap water instead of purchased bottled water, saving our landfills tons of trash each year in disposable plastic bottles.<\/li>\n<li>Then Troy Griepentrog (GREEP-en-trog) with Mother Earth News, checks in with nifty projects for spring including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.motherearthnews.com\/Do-It-Yourself\/How-To-Build-A-Greenhouse.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">How to Build a Greenhouse from Used Windows or Storm Doors<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.motherearthnews.com\/Sustainable-Farming\/2007-09-01\/Easy-Backyard-Chicken-Coops.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Build Easy Backyard Chicken Coops<\/a> .
